User Eligibility

• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You are not prohibited from using the services under applicable law
• You will provide accurate and complete information
• You will maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

Booking and Payment Terms

Consultation Booking:

• A non-refundable booking fee of ₹199 is required to confirm your consultation appointment.
• The booking fee is processed securely through Razorpay payment gateway.
• Consultations are scheduled based on availability and mutual convenience.

Service Fees:

• Service fees vary based on the complexity and scope of work.
• A detailed fee quote will be provided before commencement of work.
• Payment terms (advance, milestones, completion) will be agreed upon before starting work.
• Government fees, stamp duty, and statutory charges are additional unless specified.

Refund Policy:

• Consultation booking fees are non-refundable once confirmed.
• For other services, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
• If a service cannot be completed due to our inability, a pro-rata refund will be provided.
• No refunds for services where government filings have been made.

Client Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information and documents
• Respond to queries and requests within reasonable timeframes
• Pay fees as agreed and on time
• Not provide false or misleading information
• Inform us of any changes in circumstances that may affect the service
• Cooperate with our team throughout the engagement
